In section 186 [Section 186 was substituted by S.I. 2009/534.] (assessment criteria), in paragraph (f)(i), for the words from "within the" to "terrorist financing" substitute "as defined in regulation 3(1) of the Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017" [S.I. 2017/692.].
