Regulation 135 Article 51ZG (operating a collective investment scheme in relation to a UCITS or an AIF)
(1) Article 51ZG [Article 51ZG was inserted by S.I. 2013/1773.] (operating a collective investment scheme in relation to a UCITS or an AIF) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading and in paragraph (1)(a), for "a UCITS" substitute "a UK UCITS".
(3) In paragraph (2)(b) and (c), for "the UCITS or AIF" substitute "the UK UCITS or the AIF".
