Regulation 141 Article 60H (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to the nature of the borrower)
(1) Article 60H [Article 60H was inserted by S.I. 2013/1881.] (exempt agreements: exemptions relating to the nature of the borrower) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)(b)(ii) [Paragraph (1) was amended by S.I. 2015/910 and S.I. 2016/392.] omit sub-paragraph (bb) and the preceding "or".
(3) Omit paragraph (2) [Paragraph (2) was inserted by S.I. 2015/910.].
