Regulation 61 Section 204A (meaning of "relevant requirement" etc.)
In section 204A [Section 204A was inserted by section 37(1) of, and paragraph 1 of Part 1 and paragraph 10 of Part 4 of Schedule 9 to, the Financial Services Act 2012.] (meaning of "relevant requirement" etc.), in subsection (2)(b) [Subsection (2) was amended by S.I. 2013/1773 and 2016/255.] for "qualifying EU provision" substitute "qualifying provision".
