Regulation 197 Interpretation
(1) In this Part -
"transitional direction" means a direction under regulation 198(1);
"relevant obligation" has the meaning given by regulation 199.
(2) For the purposes of this Part, each of the following is a "regulator" -
(a) the Bank of England;
(b) the Prudential Regulation Authority;
(c) the Financial Conduct Authority.
