Regulation 129 Article 35 (international securities self-regulating organisations)
(1) In article 35 (international securities self-regulating organisations) paragraph (3) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (ba) [Sub-paragraph (ba) was inserted by S.I. 2013/504.] omit "an EEA central counterparty (as defined in section 285(1) (c) of the Act) or".
(3) In sub-paragraph (bb) [Sub-paragraph (bb) was inserted by S.I. 2017/1064.] omit "an EEA CSD (as defined in section 285(1) (f) of the Act) or".
