(1) In article 54 (advice given in newspapers etc), in paragraph (1)(b)(va) [Paragraph (1)(b)(va) was inserted by S.I. 2015/910.], after "land" and after "building" insert "in the United Kingdom".
(2) The amendment made by paragraph (1) does not apply in relation to any advice published or given before IP completion day.
