It is a requirement of an authorisation granted by the Bank that -
(a) an investment firm which is a legal person must have its head office and its registered office (if required by law) in the State, and
(b) an investment firm that -
(i) is not a legal person, or
(ii) is a legal person but is not required by law to have a registered office, must have its head office in the State.
