(1) The Bank may arrange for the publication of warning notices in any of the newspapers circulating in the State or elsewhere or in the Iris Oifigiúil where the Bank reasonably believes that a company registered in the State or any other person operating in the State, without an authorisation as required by these Regulations, is -
(a) providing investment services,
(b) operating a regulated market, or
(c) claiming, or holding itself, himself or herself out, to be -
(i) providing investment services, or
(ii) operating a regulated market.
(2) The Bank shall endeavour to provide the company or person referred to in paragraph (1) with 7 days notice of the Bank's intention to publish a warning notice.
