Schedule 2 to the Central Bank Act 1942 (inserted by section 31 of the Central Bank and Financial Services Authority of Ireland Act 2003 and amended by section 87 of the Investment Funds, Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005) is amended -
(a) by inserting in Part 2 the following item after the item relating to the Investment Funds Companies and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2005:
