34. Request from Minister to Authority for report
The Minister may, from time to time as he or she considers appropriate, request the Authority to make a report to him or her on any matter relating to the functions of the Authority, and the Authority shall comply with the request within the period specified in the request or within such other period as may be agreed by the Minister and the Authority.
