214. Treatment of amounts paid in respect of financial penalties
A payment made by a licensee to the Authority in respect of a financial penalty, which has taken effect as an administrative sanction in accordance with section 205, shall be paid into, or disposed of for the benefit of, the Exchequer by the Authority in such manner as the Minister for Finance may direct.
