270. Amendment of section 2 of Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 2003
Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Public Order) Act 2003 is amended in paragraph (c) of the definition of "licensed premises" by the substitution of the following:
"(c) premises in respect of which an in-person gaming licence or an in-person and remote gaming licence (both within the meaning of the Gambling Regulation Act 2024) is held,".
