141. Interpretation (Chapter 1 - Part 6)

In this Chapter -

"Act of 2009" means the Broadcasting Act 2009;

"applicable regulations", in relation to advertising, means regulations made under section 144;

"audiovisual on-demand media service" has the same meaning as it has in section 2 of the Act of 2009;

"broadcaster" has the same meaning as it has in the Act of 2009;

"broadcasting service" has the same meaning as it has in the Act of 2009;

"editorial responsibility" means, in relation to an on-demand sound service, effective control over -(a) the selection of sound programmes or sound recordings, or both, as the case may be, and(b) the organisation of those programmes or recordings, or both, as the case may be, in a programme schedule or a catalogue which lists programmes or recordings that are available;
