101. Assessment of suitability of premises for automated teller machine

(1) Where section 96(1)(i) applies, the Authority shall, on application to it under section 112, where it has determined in accordance with section 99 that a premises where it is proposed to provide a gambling activity is suitable for use for that activity, determine whether an automated teller machine or machines should be permitted on the premises having regard to the information and documentation submitted under section 98(3) and, if so, the number and location of such machines.

(2) Where section 104(1)(f) applies, the Authority shall, on application to it under section 115, determine whether an automated teller machine or machines should be permitted on the premises having regard to the information and documentation submitted under section 98(3) and, if so, the number and location of such machines.

(3) The Authority may make a determination under subsection (1) or (2) to permit an automated teller machine or machines on a premises subject to such conditions as it may specify when making the determination concerned.
