215. Nomination of adjudication officers
(1) The Authority shall, on the request of the Minister, nominate such and so many persons who, in the opinion of the Authority, are independent and have the experience, qualifications, training or expertise specified in regulations made by the Minister under section 218(a), to be appointed by the Minister as adjudication officers.
(2) The Authority shall not nominate, under subsection (1), any of the following for appointment:
(b) a member of a committee established under section 20(1)(b) who is not a member of, or a member of staff of, the Authority; or
