73. Prohibition on transfer, assignment or encumbrance of gambling licence
Subject to section 109, a gambling licence may not be transferred, assigned, mortgaged, charged or otherwise encumbered and any purported transfer, assignment, mortgage, charge or other encumbrance shall be void and of no effect.
