243. Transitional provision: revocation of certain licences by Minister for Justice under section 16 of Act of 1931
(1) Where an application has been made by the Minister for Justice under section 16 of the Act of 1931 but the application has not been determined by the District Court before the relevant date, the application shall, on and after such date, be determined in accordance with that Act.
(2) The Minister for Justice may, on and after the relevant date, make an application under section 16 of the Act of 1931 in respect of a person who continues to be, or becomes, the holder of a licence under that Act in accordance with this Chapter.
