42. Power to recover fees and charges

The Authority may recover as a simple contract debt in any court of competent jurisdiction, from a person by whom fees or a charge is payable under this Chapter, any amount due and owing to the Authority in respect of fees or a charge imposed in accordance with this Chapter.
