174. Protection of children
(1) A licensee of a remote gambling licence shall display, or cause to be displayed, a hyperlink to parental control programmes on the home page of the website of the licensee and on each online platform where a relevant gambling activity provided by the licensee by remote means can be accessed.
(2) A licensee who fails to comply with subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and is liable -
(a) on summary conviction, to a class A fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months, or both, or
(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years, or both.
