(1) A management company shall ensure that its records contain at least each of the types of material set out in Schedule 11 and, where applicable, with the level and nature of content that is described for that type of material in the said Schedule.
(2) A management company shall notify the Bank in advance of any proposed or anticipated change of auditor of the management company and of the reasons for the proposed change.
