38. Right of redress of trader (Part 2)
Where the trader is liable to the consumer because of a lack of conformity with the sales contract resulting from an act or omission (including an omission to provide updates to goods with digital elements in accordance with section 18(4) to (6)) of a person constituting a previous link in the chain of transactions relating to the sales contract, the trader shall be entitled to pursue remedies against the person constituting a previous link in that chain of transactions who is liable for the lack of conformity.
