171. Amendment of Central Bank Act 1942
The Central Bank Act 1942 is amended -
(a) in section 5A, in subsection (5)(a), by the substitution of the following subparagraph for subparagraph (ii):
"(ii) Parts 4 and 6 of the Consumer Rights Act 2022,",
(b) in Part 1 of Schedule 2, by the insertion of the following item after item 49:
