135. Interpretation of term of consumer contract
(1) Where there is doubt about the meaning of a term of a consumer contract, the interpretation that is most favourable to the consumer shall prevail.
(2) Subsection (1) shall apply to the interpretation of a term in proceedings on an application to a court for a declaration or injunction under section 137.
