(1) Before a consumer is bound by an on-premises contract or any corresponding offer, the trader shall provide the consumer with the information specified in Schedule 2 in a clear and comprehensible manner, if that information is not already apparent from the context.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a contract that involves a day-to-day transaction and is performed immediately on conclusion of the contract.
(3) A trader who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence.
