163. Time limit for instituting summary proceedings
The Act of 2007 is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 77:
"77A.
Notwithstanding section 10(4) of the Petty Sessions (Ireland) Act 1851, summary proceedings for an offence under this Act may be instituted at any time within three years from the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed.".
