Regulation 7 is amended - (a) in paragraph (3), by the deletion of subparagraphs (a), (b), (d) and (i), and (b) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (3): "(4) For the purposes of paragraph (2) and Regulation 8(3), a "national measure" means the following: (a) Chapters 1 to 4 of Part 3 and section 79 of the Act of 2007; |
