77. Effect of Part on other enactments etc.
(1) Nothing in this Part affects any enactment or rule of law that imposes additional or stricter obligations on a trader in relation to the supply of a service.
(b) any international convention to which the State or the European Union is party,
that defines or limits the rights, obligations or liabilities arising in relation to a service.
