149. Sections 73A to 73X: Interpretation
The Act of 1995 is amended by the insertion of the following section after section 56:
"56A.
A reference in sections 73A to 73X to goods being in conformity with a hire-purchase agreement shall be construed in accordance with section 73A(2).".
