Regulation 5 Powers of Court.

Revoked from 1 August 2004

The Court shall have full jurisdiction to deal with any application, appeal or other proceeding before the Court in accordance with any provision of these Regulations and may for this purpose make any interim, interlocutory, mandatory, prohibitory or injunctive or ancillary order as the Court may consider necessary or appropriate for the purposes of these Regulations.
