The documents referred to in Articles 25, 26, 27 and 28 and the certificate referred to in Article 32 (a), shall be audited by a person duly qualified under the Companies Acts, 1963 to 1990, who shall make a report in Form 22 in accordance with the requirements of Part I of Schedule 3.
