(1) An insurance undertaking, whose head office is situated in the State shall furnish to the Bank annually or at such more frequent intervals as the Bank may request such information in such form and manner as the Bank may require, together with statistical documents which are deemed necessary for supervision purposes and in particular in order to verify the state of solvency of the undertaking with respect to its entire business.
(2) For the purposes of sub-article (1) of this Article, the insurance undertaking shall, in addition, furnish to the Bank annually, or at such more frequent intervals as the Bank may request, such information in such form and manner as the Bank may require in order to enable the Bank to verify that the technical reserves, including mathematical reserves, mentioned in Article 12 of these Regulations are being maintained.
