Regulation 73 Penalties.

(1) Insurance undertakings and all persons concerned shall comply with these Regulations, including any applicable decision, direction, requirement or request of the Bank thereunder.

(2) A person who fails to comply with any provision of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding €1,900.

(3) If, after conviction of an offence, a person continues to contravene the provision, that person shall be guilty of an offence on each day on which the contravention continues and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding €1,900 for each such offence.

(4) Where an offence under these Regulations is committed by a body corporate and is proved to have been so committed with the consent or connivance of or to be attributable to any neglect on the part of a director, manager, secretary or other officer of the body corporate, the director, manager, secretary or other officer or any person purporting to act in s
