Where the insurance undertaking intends to amend the information provided in accordance with sub-article (1) of Article 50 of these Regulations, it shall be subject to the procedures laid down in accordance with sub-articles (1), (2), (3), (4) and (5) of Article 50 of these Regulations. The insurance undertaking shall also be subject to the procedures laid down in accordance with Article 51 of these Regulations.
