Regulation 47 Amendment to branch information.

Where an insurance undertaking established in the State intends to change the information given in respect of Article 46 (2) (b), (c) or (d) of these Regulations, it shall furnish notification of any such change to the Bank and to the supervisory authorities of the Member State of the branch at least one month before making the change in order, having regard to the proposed changes, for the Bank to exercise the Bank's functions in accordance with sub-articles (3), (5), (6) and (7) of Article 46 of these Regulations and for the supervisory authorities of the Member State of the branch to inform the Bank of the conditions under which in the interest of the general good as applied in that Member State, having regard to the proposed changes, the insurance business may be carried on in that State.
