The Bank may request the supervisory authority of the home Member State of an insurance undertaking which carries on insurance in the State by way of services or by way of branch establishment, to submit the appropriate information referred to in sub-article (1) of Article 57 and other appropriate information in order that the statistical needs of the State may be fulfilled.
