The Bank shall take all appropriate measures in order to be satisfied that an insurance undertaking is complying or has the ability to continue to comply with its obligations under the Insurance Acts and Regulations and applicable administrative provisions and, in particular, with the scheme of operations referred to in Article 7 (2) (b) of these Regulations.
