Regulation 20 Lodging of documents in Companies Office.

Any document submitted to the Bank under these Regulations shall be lodged in the Companies Registration Office and shall there be open to inspection by any person, and copies of such documents may be procured by any person on payment of such fees as the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment may from time to time fix.
