Regulation 18 Modification of Insurance Acts in relation to accounts and other documents.

The accounts, balance sheets, notes, statements, reports and certificates set out in Schedules 1 to 5 are in substitution for the accounts, balance sheets, abstracts or statements specified in the Insurance Acts, 1909 to 1990, and in the Regulations of 1986 insofar as they relate to insurance undertakings authorised or deemed to be authorised under the Regulations of 1984.
