(1) An insurance undertaking may carry on insurance business by way of services into the State on or after the date on which the supervisory authority of its home Member State certifies that it has communicated to the Bank the appropriate information referred to in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of sub-article (2) of Article 50 of these Regulations.
(2) Where an insurance undertaking intends to carry on insurance business by way of services into the State, the Bank shall, in order to give effect to the provisions contained in Article 43 of these Regulations, notify the supervisory authority of the home Member State of the conditions under which, in the interest of the general good, the insurance business may be carried on in the State.
