Article 1(4) of Directive of 82/891/EEC is replaced by the following:
'4. Article 1(2), (3) and (4) of Directive 2011/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council [Directive 2011/35/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 April 2011 concerning mergers of public limited liability companies (OJ L 110, 29.4.2011, p. 1.).] shall apply.'
