(1) The disclosure or production of any information or document by a person in accordance with this Chapter shall not be treated as a breach of any restriction under any enactment or rule of law on disclosure or production by the person or any other person on whose behalf the information or document is disclosed or produced.
(2) The production referred to in subsection (1) of any item forming part of the documents relating to the business of a designated person shall not prejudice any lien that the designated person or any other person claims over that item.
