The Schedule to the Bail Act 1997 is amended by inserting the following paragraph after paragraph 34 (inserted by section 48 of the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2009):
"Money Laundering.
35. Any offence under Part 2 of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010.".
