Section 94(3) of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 is amended by substituting "Part 2 of the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing) Act 2010" for "section 31 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994, as substituted by section 21 of the Criminal Justice (Theft and Fraud Offences) Act 2001".
