(1) An insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking shall forward to the Bank each year 2 copies of the financial statements and reports laid before its annual general meeting or, where the undertaking is a single-member company and does not hold such a meeting, provided to its member.
(2) The financial statements and reports referred to in paragraph (1) shall be forwarded not later than one month after the annual general meeting or written resolution referred to in section 175(3) of the Act of 2014, as the case may be.
