Regulation 188 Third-country treatment of Community insurance and reinsurance undertakings
(1) As soon as practicable after becoming aware that an insurance undertaking or reinsurance undertaking is encountering difficulties in establishing itself or carrying on business in a third country, the Bank shall notify those difficulties to the Minister.
(2) The Minister shall, without delay, inform the Commission and EIOPA of any difficulties notified in accordance with paragraph (1).
