Regulation 172 Non-compliance by reinsurance undertaking authorised by Bank
(1) Where the Bank receives a complaint from the supervisory authority of a Member State other than the State about a reinsurance undertaking authorised by the Bank, it shall, at the earliest opportunity, exercise its powers under financial services legislation to take all appropriate measures to ensure that the undertaking remedies the irregular situation brought to its attention.
(2) The Bank shall inform that supervisory authority of the measures taken.
