Regulation 76 Co-operation with EIOPA
The Bank shall co-operate with EIOPA for the purposes of these Regulations in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 and shall provide EIOPA, without delay, with all information necessary to carry out its duties in accordance with that Regulation.
