Regulation 143 Investment in tradable securities or other financial instruments based on repackaged loans
With respect to insurance undertakings and reinsurance undertakings investing in tradable securities or other financial instruments based on repackaged loans that were issued before 1 January 2011, the requirements referred to in Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/35 shall apply, but only in circumstances where new underlying exposures have been added or substituted after 31 December 2014.
