Regulation 158 Change of particulars where the State is host Member State
In the event of a change in any of the particulars provided by an insurance undertaking to the supervisory authority of another Member State in compliance with Article 145(2) of the Directive, the insurance undertaking shall give written notice of the change to the Bank at least one month before making the change so that, having regard to the proposed change, the Bank may fulfil its obligations under Regulation 157(1) (which shall apply with the necessary modifications).
